COL Eric W. Shorter is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with over 30 years of leadership experience in military and civilian sectors. He is deeply rooted in Pensacola, Florida, and remains committed to serving his community through leadership and collaboration.
He has led more than 35,000+ personnel throughout his career and has extensive experience managing large-scale organizations, strategic operations, and diverse teams in both military and civilian environments.
In addition to his military career, COL Eric W. Shorter has worked with major organizations such as Chevron, Lucent, and Avaya, bringing valuable corporate leadership and operational expertise.
His leadership style is built on integrity, accountability, communication, service, collaboration, and a strong commitment to community growth and development.
